PIZZA STAR Jonathan Spiteri Pizzaiolo of CUBA Bistro and Pizzeria in St. Julian’s was presented with the PIZZA STAR award for his creation La Cubana. This original star shaped pizza includes typical Cuban ingredients like minced meat and chili and jalapeno peppers . La Cubana has proved to be very popular and is now the flagship pizza at CUBA Sliema and St Julian’s.
